Editor’s note: This article is based on pre-release material and may not reflect the final version of the game.

Following up on the explosive success of Duck Hunters, Nolimit City is back in the swamp with Gator Hunters, and this time, the stakes are a whole lot deadlier. The ducks are gone, and in their place slither something far meaner: legendary gators that bite back.

Built on the same 6×5 layout, Gator Hunters ramps up the volatility, bringing back the signature Revolver mechanic but with upgraded firepower. Each Revolver spins for a shot at a multiplier bullet, ranging from modest 2x rounds all the way up to eye-watering 2,000x slugs. And yes, Super Fire Revolvers return, now capable of triggering chain spins across all active chambers.

Scatter pays drive the base game, but this isn’t just a copy-paste reskin. Nolimit adds new bite with the Eater symbols: swamp monsters that devour symbols and transform into wilds, sometimes enhanced with multipliers. When both Revolvers and Eaters start firing off in tandem, the chaos (and win potential) escalates fast.

The bonus structure is stacked with escalating features: Swamp Spins (3 scatters), Frenzy Spins (4 scatters), Gator Spins (5 scatters) and Apex Predator Spins (6 scatters – all four upgrades guaranteed).

Every mode keeps your total multiplier live across spins and throws in bonus-enhancing upgrades like extra high-value bullets, Super Eaters, and upgraded Revolvers. Apex Predator Spins go even further, unlocking Super Fire Revolvers across the board.

For the impatient or insane, Bonus Buys range from 70x to a jaw-dropping 1,200x (Massacre Spins), guaranteeing maximum carnage with high-volatility setups designed for adrenaline junkies.

Just like its predecessor, Gator Hunters doesn’t pull punches. With a 25,000x max win, a gritty aesthetic, and enough bullet upgrades to fill a swamp shack with holes, this one’s built to punish, or reward, those who dare step into the muck. Launching August 6, 2025. Duck season’s over.

It’s gator time.
