One of the most popular jokers of them all is the mischievous Fire Joker, who has headlined slots such as Fire Joker Freeze, Fire Joker 100, and now Fire Joker Blitz, a harlequin reskin of Play’n GO’s porcine themed Piggy Blitz Disco Gold, with Cash Coins, bonus Cash Coins, Blazing Respins, multiplier free spins, Blitz Spins, and more.
Fire Joker fans will immediately notice the drastically expanded play area, but apart from that, not a lot else has changed. The background has that diamond patterned thing with the red, oranges, and blacks, while a wackily enjoyable soundtrack has been built in to get the toes a tappin’ as the Joker fella gets his fire and blitzing going. This might sound a bit presumptuous, but without a real love of jokers or an enthrallment to the Fire Joker range, then Fire Joker Blitz is an extraordinarily unremarkable game to behold. The skin is less creative than Piggy Blitz Disco Gold‘s, and that didn’t exactly blow socks off.
Unlike the other Fire Joker slots, Fire Joker Blitz plays out on a 6×4 gaming grid with 4,096 ways to connect winning combinations. Players may stake 10c to $/€100 per spin, in a medium volatile slot, where the highest of five RTP configurations is 96.29%.
Starting with the lowest value symbol on the paytable and moving upwards, there are X, cherries, lemons, grapes, plums, BARs, stars, sevens, and gold bells. Hitting 6 OAK winning combinations pays 1x to 8x the bet. The Wild Fire Joker substitutes for all symbols on the reels except scatters, Fire Joker Collectors, and Cash Coins.

Cash Coins
Cash Coins may land with values of 0.5x to 25x the bet, while bonus Cash Coin variants are the 100x Minor, 250x Major, or the 1,000x Mega. Cash Coins are collected by landing a Fire Joker Collector symbol on the leftmost or rightmost reel. Landing two Fire Joker Collectors will collect all Cash Coins in view twice. Minor, Major, and Mega Cash Coins are collected by Fire Joker Collectors and can also be collected twice.
Blazing Respin
In the base game, if two Fire Joker Collectors land but no Cash Coins hit, a Blazing Respin is triggered, providing another chance to win where only Cash Coins may land.
Golden Fire Joker
A Golden Fire Joker sits above the reels. When Cash Coins land but no Fire Joker Collector, they are collected by the Golden Fire Joker. The Golden Fire Joker can randomly award an instant prize worth 10x to 5,000x the bet.
Bonus Games
Hitting 3-6 scatters triggers the bonus round. Players may choose Fire Blitz, free spins, or Mystery Spins. If Mystery Spins is selected, Fire Blitz or free spins are randomly chosen.
- Fire Blitz – 3, 4, 5, or 6 landed scatters award 5, 10, 15, or 20 Fire Blitz Spins, respectively. In this round, only Cash Coins, Fire Joker Collectors, and blank spaces appear. All Minor, Major, and Mega Cash Coins are active, and so is a special 150x Cash Coin. Fire Joker Collector is guaranteed in Fire Blitz. All bonus Cash Coins can be collected twice.
- Free Spins – 3, 4, 5, or 6 scatters award 10, 15, 20, or 25 free spins, respectively. Only the Fire Joker, Gold Bell, X symbol, and all fruit symbols are present in free spins. Cash Coins and Fire Joker Collectors do not appear in this feature. Players get a multiplier from a set range on each spin, and scatters are collected by a meter. Fire Joker Blitz: Slot Verdict
There are some who might say the world of gambling was doing fine without another Fire Joker slot or a Piggy Blitz Disco Gold clone crowding up the casino shelf. But regardless of what the haters might say, Fire Joker Blitz is with us, and it was about as satisfying as expected. That is, eh, pretty mediocre. The original was an average slot when reviewed nine months or so earlier, and it had a somewhat less commonplace theme coating the action. Fit a fairly generic skin over a bunch of features that failed to excite the first time around, and Fire Joker Blitz was facing an uphill battle to thrill from the start.
As for the gaming, like before, Fire Joker Blitz has a strong focus on collecting Cash Coins, or better still, the higher value bonus Cash Coins. It’s pretty basic, easy to follow, there is nothing complicated to get to grips with, though nothing particularly interesting to get excited about, either. Fire Joker Blitz’s max win has stayed the same, as one would expect being a clone, at 6,000x, so one mystery was whether the top prize is equally achievable in free spins as in the Fire Blitz feature. Though with a tough-to-achieve, less than 1 in 1 billion probability of max exposure occurring, there is a chance we’ll never find out either way.
Consequently, Fire Joker Blitz was a game that didn’t impress. The original mould slot was so mediocre it meant Fire Joker Blitz was going to have to pull off something incredible with its theme to push past the in-built limitations, but, instead, its commonplace joker imagery only emphasised the averageness, resulting in a slot that provoked very little response other than pass.
